Lord's Day Worship at Strabane Home
"The hoary head is a crown of glory, if it be found in the way of righteousness." (Proverbs 16:31)
The ministry at Strabane Home for the Elderly is one in which our congregation is actively involved in. Every Sunday afternoon, various members are preach, chair and play the piano in the worship service held at the Home. The Lord's Day Worship begins at 2.30pm.
The weekly attendance is around 12-15 residents. They enjoy the good old hymns and the short exhortations. It is a pleasure to see the expressions on their faces as they sing the old favourites, whether in tune or not.
May God continue to bless the folks through this ministry. Though they are unable to go to Church, the Church goes to them!
